When you are at the first stage of file upload within the Cushon employer portal you may get one of the following errors preventing your file to be uploaded.
Please see below for the error messages that can be shown on screen and the solution to fix them to enable your file upload to commence.

File has incorrect encoding. File is expected to be UTF-8 encoded. |
Please ensure your file is saved as a UTF-8 (Comma Delimited) *.csv File. You can do this with the Save As function in Excel. To save a file as UTF-8 (Comma Delimited) csv you need to:

File has 1 row(s). File is expected to have two or more rows. |
The data file you attempted to upload does not have the correct number of rows of data. Please ensure your data file has both a header row containing the headings required as well as data under each heading required for upload. Once you have made these changes please re-save and attempt to upload again. |
