Pension contributions
As an employer, you will have to contribute a percentage of your employee’s salary to their pension pot.
The table below shows the minimum contributions you and your employees will need to pay, but you can choose to pay in more if you want to.

Our pension is made up of two charges:
- The first is a fund management charge. This will vary depending on whether you've made your own investment choices or you are leaving it to NatWest Cushon to make investment decisions for you using one of our default investment strategies
- The second is the NatWest Cushon platform charge, which we agree with your employer
