If this happens, try the following:
- Open your Internet browser.
- Go to browser history.
- Select 'Clear cache/cookies'. Clearing browser history is also an option.
- Try logging in again, ensuring you double-check that the email address you’re using is the one you signed up with and there are no typos.
If this doesn’t work, try closing your browser and logging in to the Employer Hub in a private window.
If you’re still having difficulties logging in, choose the ‘Try going password-less’ option. A link will be sent to your email address which you can use to log in.
