An employee can save into multiple Stocks & Shares or Cash ISAs, and one Lifetime ISA (up to £4k a year) as long as they don’t go over the combined £20k annual allowance limit.
In addition, they can have one Cash Junior ISA and one Stocks & Shares Junior ISA for each child under the age of 18.
Employees can choose to set up multiple ‘pots’ within the ISA option. This means they can choose from a wide range of investment options or cash all within the same ISA.
The pot functionality is not available in Lifetime ISAs or Junior ISAs.
