All your employees must be given the right to join the pension scheme from day one of their employment. We must be informed of them promptly so that we can issue a postponement notice within the 6 weeks of their Start Date. This timescale is regulatory, and irrespective of any employment probation period.
Missed employees added after the 6 week start date will have to be added using a missed postponement process. Please contact us if this is the case.
The Cushon Auto Enrolment Portal assesses your staff to ensure you stay fully compliant with automatic enrolment legislation. In order to do so, you must provide details of all Employees at the company. As part of the assessment process, we'll provide all assessment, postponement and enrolment notices to ensure you remain compliant.
All employees classified as workers by the Pensions Regulator should be uploaded to our system, however there are exceptions – please contact us if you're in any doubt.
