The Cushon Auto Enrolment Portal checks the data received to ensure it is correct, and will not allow files to be processed if:
- There are errors in the formatting (for example, dates not in the dd/mm/yyyy format)
- The file isn’t saved in the required CSV format. Please see below how your file should be saved
- There is hidden data or data in cells beyond the range used by the system. If you are not sure how to check this, try copying and pasting the data section alone onto a new document and attempting to load that version instead
