Please note that the arrears process will soon no longer be available. The data you upload will go through a validation check, and any errors will need to be corrected before the file(s) can be processed.
Arrears can be found in the Payroll Changes Report - please ensure you read this before you run your payroll.
Your report can be found under the Payroll Changes Report button on the landing page when you log in to your account, or under the Payroll Changes Report button next to the relevant Employer if you have an Accountants Portal. See below:
The report can be found on the Cushon Auto Enrolment Portal as follows:
- Log in to the Cushon Auto Enrolment Portal
- Click Payroll Changes Report as illustrated below
- This report is generated after the last file was loaded and will indicate any arrears for any employees
- The arrears must be paid in full for the system to accept them
- Historical arrears can be found under the tab titled Previous Upload Reports as illustrated below
