The Cushon Auto Enrolment Portal will soon show the Cushon brand, but how you upload contribution files will stay the same. Payroll administrators do not need to use the Cushon app or switch to a new payroll platform to upload contributions.
From 28 Sept 2026:
- Payroll administrators should click here and follow the links to the Cushon Auto Enrolment Portal.
- You cannot upload payroll files missing contributions or that do not meet requirements. All files must be accurate and include every contribution.
- The time between uploading a payroll file and processing it will reduce to one day. You must make changes or cancellations within one day of upload.
