We have finished all the preparations needed for the technology upgrade. We will write to your workforce with the information below.
Your workforce will move automatically to the Cushon platform between Friday 25 September 2026 and Monday 28 September 2026. Please note: any contributions received during this period will not be invested until the upgrade is complete.
The Cushon pension Member Portal will have reduced services between Friday 11 September 2026 and Monday 28 September 2026. During this time, your workforce can log in and view their pension pot, but they will not be able to change their investments. Any benefit claims not completed by 11 September will pause until after 28 September. Transfers that are not finished before Friday 11 September must be restarted using the Cushon app or at the Cushon website after Monday 28 September.
Once the move to Cushon is complete, your workforce will no longer be able to access the Cushon pension Member Portal. They will manage their pension using the Cushon app or by visiting the Cushon website in a web browser.
Cushon will contact your workforce with details on how to access the Cushon app and view their pension pot by 31 October 2026 at the latest. They will not be able to log in before receiving this information.
