Once an employee’s first contributions are applied to their pension pot, they'll be issued log in details for their Cushon pension. These will be sent directly to the email address provided to us via the upload. If no email has been provided, these log in details will be sent to the employee's home address on our records.
Please ensure that you keep employees' details up to date to ensure that the employee is assessed correctly and that their notice is issued to a valid email address.
Please also ask your employees to ensure they're checking their junk folder, as occasionally emails may be filtered by the employee’s email account.
