Employer Hub
You'll need to register to access the Employer Hub, and once you're in it's your complete resource library for both employee communications and employer education.
It’s your go-to spot when you want to help your employees understand and engage with their pension, introduce new Cushon features, or deepen your own understanding of how things work.
You’ll find things like:
- Templates and fact sheets for each stage of the pension journey - from pre-launch and launch to post launch
- Employer-focused one-pagers about features and tools
- Ready-made posters and flyers for you to share with your employees
- A campaign toolkit for you to build out campaigns
- Financial wellbeing content for your employees to feel good about their finances
- Educational videos you can share
- Latest news and insights
Example: You’re planning Pension Awareness Week and need materials to help your employees make the most of their pension.
Employer Portal
The Employer Portal is a self-managed pension control centre and admin workspace. It’s where you access and manage your employees’ pension contributions and update information.
You can do things like:
- Upload contribution files
- Add or remove employees
- View contribution reports
- Manage who can access your employer account
- Access analytics dashboards to view employee demographics and engagement
Example: It’s payday and you need to upload this month’s contribution file.
Please note that employers who joined us from the Salvus Master Trust and Workers Pension Trust continue to use the same employer portals they’re used to.
