If you need to update your bank details for your workplace pension, follow the steps below:
For Workers Pension Employer Portal (previously Workers Pension Trust)
To change your bank account details:
- Download and complete the Workers Pension Employer Portal direct debit form
- Enter your Workers pension account ID in the 'Reference' section at the bottom of the form
- Post the completed form to the address below

For all other employer portals
To update your bank details on any other employer portal:
- Download and complete the Cushon direct debit form.
- Attach your completed form to a new support request here
Make sure all details are filled out correctly. New direct debit requests can take up to 3 working days to become active after they are checked and processed.
