To help employees in these circumstances, adjustments to our products and services can go a long way. And that’s where our Extra Support options come in.
We can tailor our service to your employees’ needs
When an employee requests extra support – directly through their Cushon app, the Cushon website or by contacting us – there are two steps.
1. Employees tell us about their circumstances (optional)
Whether it’s a worry about being able to do things online, a health-related issue or a relationship break-up, we’ll note it in their file so they don’t need to repeat themselves. This context helps Cushon colleagues to better support your employees in future.
2. Employees choose from over twenty adjustments
We can send statements in the post, format documents as Audio CD or Braille, work with a Power of Attorney on their behalf, or simply just be aware of their circumstances.
